01. The order

When do I receive my order?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates. If you lost your tracking link, you can find it in My Account page.

Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once if your order shipped, we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments. If it’s not shipped yet, reach us on Contact Us page.

I purchased an item on pre-order, when will it arrive?

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product page. This will also be repeated at order confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date.

02. Shipment

How does your UK standard delivery service work?

If you order with us before 3pm Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped to you within that day otherwise your order will be shipped in next working day. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please reach our Customer Services on Contact Us page.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order on Order Tracking page. If you lost your tracking number, you can find  it on My Account page.

Do you ship international?

Yes we ship worldwide, we use FedEx international shipping. Prices are subject to local taxes, handling fees and shipping costs. We will show you our shipping charge at checkout for any international orders.

03. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards – VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

What currencies can I use?

We are using Stripe for payment method. Stripe is supporting; Great British Pound, Euro, United States Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Japanese Yen, Danish Krone and 124 other currency. You can check all supported currencies here.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

We are not including invoice in your package. When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive email including invoice for your order.

04. Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Please Visit Return Policy for returning item. Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you know that we’ve got your return. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
I purchased a product and now it’s in the sale, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
